Autocirc expands its presence in Europe with the acquisition of Caréco in Paris and Saint-Etienne. Caréco Group is a leading French network specialized in vehicle dismantling, recycling and second-hand trading. The purchase of their two end-of-life-vehicle centers in Paris and Saint-Etienne marks Autocirc's entry into the French market and aligns with the company's long-term goal.

Autocirc förvärvar Rogaland Bildeler AS i Norge. Bolagets verksamhet är särskilt inriktad på demontering av kollisionsskadade bilar samt vidareförsäljning av kvalitetssäkrade delar och komponenter.
Autocirc förvärvar bildemontering med 170 000 fordonsdelar i lager
Autocirc förvärvar Ådalens Bildemontering AB. Bolaget är en ledande aktör inom demontering och försäljning av fordonsdelar till andrahandsmarknaden för bilar, motorcyklar och lastbilar. Deras lager innehåller över 170 000 kvalitetskontrollerade reservdelar.

Autocirc Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) has today initiated a written procedure in respect of its maximum SEK 1,500,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Bonds due 2025 with ISIN: SE0017885916 (the “Bonds”). Autocirc AB förstärker nu företaget med särskild kompetens inom husbil, husvagn och släp. Detta görs genom förvärv av Autodemontering TT AB, beläget i Sjöbo, sydöstra Skåne.
