Nordic Capital successfully completes acquisition of Autocirc
Further to the Company’s press release dated 15 December 2022, Autocirc Industriutveckling AB is pleased to announce that the expected acquisition of a majority stake in the Company by Nordic Capital has successfully taken place following the satisfaction of all conditions to the acquisition.
Johan Livered, CEO of Autocirc Group, commented: “We look forward to further accelerating our journey to truly create a sustainable European leader, with great potential in expanding our offering, both in existing and new markets and across the entire value chain.
