Autocirc announces transition in leadership of the Autocirc Group
The Autocirc Board of Directors has appointed Chairman of the Board, Petteri Saarinen as Executive Chairman and Interim CEO for the Autocirc Group. This transition will be effective as of April 29, 2024. We extend our deepest gratitude to Autocirc co-founder Johan Livered who will transition from his role as CEO to continue as a valued Board member and experienced support to the Autocirc Management Team in the company’s continued journey as a leader within automotive circularity.
Autocirc’s co-founder Mattias Pettersson continues his strong commitment to Autocirc as a valued Board member supporting the company’s Management Team in the M&A strategy towards further growth, development, and success.
As founders of Autocirc, the company has thrived under Johan’s and Mattias’ vision and dedication since the start in 2019. Today, Autocirc is a leader in the industry, uniquely positioned to continue driving forward with an exciting future ahead. Both founders’ extensive experience will continue to influence Autocirc’s strategic direction as well as to support operational execution ahead.
Autocirc’s Board of Directors is pleased to be able to announce a change, where the company's founders can focus on their value-creating work of continuing to develop the company and create growth, while Autocirc’s Management Team is strengthened by a CEO with extensive experience in international leadership and in professionalizing companies. In conclusion, this transition will release resources and bring new business opportunities for Autocirc as we aim to become the most sought-after and successful supplier of sustainable auto spare parts in Europe.
