Autocirc Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) has today initiated a written procedure in respect of its maximum SEK 1,500,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Bonds due 2025 with ISIN: SE0017885916 (the “Bonds”). The holders of the Bonds are requested to approve certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds dated 17 June 2022 (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Genom att förvärva Norrbottens Bildemontering breddar Autocirc ytterligare basen för sin cirkulära affärsmodell. Autocirc verkar för att öka och effektivisera återanvändningen av reservdelar till fordon på eftermarknaden.
I och med att Autocirc förvärvar Kungsåra Bildemontering stärker företaget ytterligare sina möjligheter att erbjuda återvunna och återanvända bildelar till eftermarknaden. Kungsåra är beläget mellan Västerås och Enköping och cirka 3 000 bilar demonteras här årligen.
